8/28/07:  After careful review of repair options for the Saint Louis Gerber Field House, school
                 officials have decided on a semi-permanent repair that can be implemented in a
                 short time period. The repair option selected is designed to keep the structure
                 sound for over five years. Through the repair of the steel trusses, the intended
                 design will increase the longevity of the Gerber Field House roof.

                 Students will be allowed to pass through the Gerber Field House to the Athletic
                 Field through a designated walkway beginning Friday, August 31, 2007.

8/10/07:  Gerber Field House is reopened with limited access.

8/10/07:  All scaffolding is implemented. Shoring scaffolding brackets will be welded to secure the
                 roof of Gerber Field House. The design team took measurements for estimations of
                 permanent repairs. Work will be conducted throughout the weekend to finalize all
                 emergency repairs.

8/9/07:     Shoring materials for Gerber Field House are prepared for drop off to Saint Louis School.
                 Construction of emergency supports will begin today. Locker room plumbing work has been
                 completed. Locker room toilets are on target for completion by Monday.

                 Gerber Field House scaffolding installation to be completed today. Welding teams to work
                 through the weekend to complete repair. Design teams have been brought to the site to
                 calculate permanent repair options.

8/8/07:     Locker Room Renovation Update: Temporary shower floors for four stalls were
                 completed yesterday. Plumber to install fixtures and complete shower frames tomorrow.
                 Contractor has been notified to construct four more showers in adjacent room.

                 Gerber Field House Repair: Engineers approved design plans for Field House                  emergency supports. Mobilization of material and equipment to commence today or
                 tomorrow. Emergency supports will allow Gerber Field House to reopen in safe condition.
                 School officials are currently exploring long-term solutions.

8/7/07:     Movie Night postponed/ Coming Home event relocated to Keoho Plaza at the
                 Dr. Richard T. Mamiya Theatre
