When is your application deadline?
Saint Louis School has a “Rolling Admissions” policy which means that we consider application through out the year based on availability.     

When do you send out decision letters?
Once we receive all the necessary documents for your admissions file we will contact you to set up an appointment for a personal interview. We send out decision letters 7-10 days after your interview so you can plan accordingly.     

How many students do you accept per grade? 
6th grade 45
7th grade 45-50
8th grade 25-30
9th grade 90-100
10th and 11th grade based on availability
These numbers vary based how many students move from previous grade level.

Does my son have to attend Summer School?
Part of our admission requirement is for our incoming student grade 6-9 to attend a 5 week non credit Summer Skills Program. This gives our students a chance to get acclimated to our campus, faculty and meet other students.  

Can I send in recommendations from coaches, instructors or supervisors?
Absolutely!! We will add these documents to your file.  

Do I need to be Catholic to attend Saint Louis School?
No we welcome all student not just Catholics, Actually only 50% of our student body is practicing catholic and the diversity of other religions enrich our institution.    

Do you provide bus transportation service for your students?
Unfortunately we do not have school buses to accommodate our families’ transportation needs but Roberts Hawaii provides this service. Please contact Roberts Hawaii at (808) 832-4886 or visit online at RobertsHawaii.com.

Do you require Standardized Testing as part of your Admissions process?
Yes we require our applicants to take the SSAT (Secondary Schools Admissions Test). It helps us to assess your sons academic abilities and how he compares to his peers. Please refer to our Admission Checklist for more information and how to register for the SSAT.
