Classroom speakers 9am-1pm
Lunch provided 1:15pm-2:15pm
Weightroom workout 2:30pm-3:30pm
Pre-practice drills 3:30pm-4:00pm
Start practice 4:00pm-6:00pm
Q & A period w/coaches 6pm-8pm

$90-individual coach
