Needs documentation and paperwork

Aloha e Mr. Soo,

Thank you for speaking to me on the phone today regarding your request.  To clarify, your event will require 3 classrooms (able to hold 30 people) and you will be giving a written/oral exam to about 90 attendees and 6 instructors. You mentioned that you are not charging attendees and this is a test prep as a way to give back to the community.  Saint Louis School will waive the rental fee, but ask that you consider making a donation to help cover the cost of utilities.

Please fill out the attached facilities rental form and send a certificate of insurance to businessoffice@saintlouishawaii.org.
