When is your admissions application deadline?
For priority consideration, we encourage you to submit your admissions application and all supporting documents by February 28. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a space-availablity basis. 

When do you send out decision letters?
Decision letters are sent out upon completion of all steps of the admissions process and upon final review from the Admissions Committee.

Does my son have to attend Summer School?
As part of our evaluation process, students entering grades 6-9 will be required to attend a summer program designed to enhance and build a strong foundation for academic success at Saint Louis.

Can I send in recommendations from coaches, instructors or supervisors?
We do accept extra-curricular and mentor recommendation letters, however it will not replace the required evaluation/recommendation forms from your current school. 

Do I need to be Catholic to attend Saint Louis School?
No, we welcome students of all faiths. Approximately forty five percent of our student population is Catholic and the diversity of other faiths help to enrich our institution.

Do you provide bus transportation service for your students?
Transportation for private schools on Oahu is available through Roberts Hawaii School Bus.

Do you require standardized testing as part of your Admissions process?
For students applying to Grades 6-9, please submit the most recent standardized test results taken in school during the 2024-2025 school year. 

If you plan to take the SSAT and the online Character Skills Assessment, please add Saint Louis School as a score recipient. The Saint Louis School ID is 6691.
