A SAINT LOUIS GENTLEMAN EXPRESSES HIMSELF ARTISTICALLY THROUGH REFLECTION, INSPIRATION,
AND BOLD EXECUTION.
Creative Expression, Reflection, Inspiration, and Bold Execution.
The arts have always been a part of Marianist teaching and the development of the Saint Louis Man. Our high school band is the oldest in the state with its beginnings in 1865. We boast one of the state's best theatre programs that was showcased in the prestigious international festival in Edinburgh, Scotland, and lay claim to the state's best male hula program, which has won top honors in competition for six years in a row. Saint Louis also features classes in ceramics, photography, media and communications, film and video production, digital music composition, and yearbook publishing.
The Dr. Richard T. Mamiya Theatre - a 500-seat facility - serves as a centerpiece highlighting the school's spectrum of quality arts genres creating opportunities for Saint Louis School students and the people of Hawai`i to experience, appreciate, and embrace the transformational power of the performing arts.
